I’m Caliyah, a solo esthetician from Detroit, MI, with a passion for helping people feel their absolute best. My journey in beauty started with makeup, but my love for skin led me to esthetics school at Douglas J Aveda in Royal Oak, where I graduated in 2019. After years of perfecting my craft, I took the leap to create my own space—one where every client feels comfortable, empowered, and cared for. Specializing in waxing, sugaring, facials, and body treatments, I focus on delivering not just services, but an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and confident. CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Garden Esthetics, I value both your time and mine. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth booking experience: • Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-call, no-shows will be blocked from future bookings. • Rescheduling: Last-minute rescheduling is also subject to a 50% fee, unless there is same-day availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to reschedule. If an appointment has already been rescheduled once, a new deposit is required to book again. • Deposits & Fees: Deposits will be applied to any cancellation, no-show, or reschedule fees. • Late Arrivals: There is a 7-minute grace period. If you arrive late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and subject to the 50% fee. If you are running late, please call or text (248) 602-0224 in advance. Response times may vary as I may be with a client. • How to Cancel/Reschedule: You can manage your appointment online, via text, or voicemail. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to The Garden Esthetics’ cancellation policy.
